Board of Trustees
The Garner Public Library Board of Trustees is a group of six Garner residents and one rural Hancock County resident,
each appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council, whose collective duties include:
Hiring the library director.
Approving and monitoring the Budget.
Developing and Adopting Policies.
Planning for the Library’s Future.
Evaluating Service and Advocating for Advancements.
