How Do I?

Any resident of Garner or the surrounding area may obtain a library card at no charge.

Simply stop in and fill out a registration form.

A PIN (personal identification number) is issued when you register for a library card. If you do not know your PIN, call or email the library for staff assistance.

Materials can be returned at the desk or to our drive-up book drop, located on the west side of the building (off the alley).

You may renew items online through your account or by contacting the library. Most items can be renewed as long as someone else has not requested it.

You can place a hold on an item through your account or by contacting the library.

If the library does not own an item you are looking for, you may request the library purchase it or borrow it from another library (Interlibrary Loan).

Call, email or stop in and speak with staff.

Our multi-function machine does it all.

Please see our Print, Copy, Scan, Fax page for more information.
